Product's backorders & withdraw:
This section updates products in your stock to keep record of your products sold out and remaining in stock.
Initially you insert product quantity while building your online store and by the time when your products are sold out, quantity in your stock becomes less and less, so when you get more quantity of your product, you can update it here to keep record.
- Select Group from drop menu for whose product you want to update. Press Show Products.
- Select the product from drop menu. Press Update.
- Provide the quantity in the field provided under "Update Product". (e.g. If your current stock is currently 7 and u have 100 more, then provide 107 in field. It UPDATES not just ADD.)
Accept or Reject back orders
- If stock of a product reaches to 0 (zero) and u still want to accept order for that particular product select "Yes" under "Accept Back Orders".
- If stock of a product reaches to 0 (zero) and u don't want to accept
order for that particular product select "No" under "Accept
Back Orders".
Withdraw Products
Withdraw products means that your products will remain in your online shop and there's will be quantity in your stock but you don't want to sell these for some reasons. By withdrawing your product it will no longer be displayed on your online shop.
- Select Group from drop menu for whose product you want to withdraw. Press Show Products.
- Select the product from drop menu. Press Withdraw.
- Select "Yes" under "Withdraw Product" to withdraw product.
- Select "No" under "Withdraw Product" to make the product available for sale again.
